What to Expect

Beginning counseling can feel like a big step and that’s okay. During your first session, we’ll talk about what brings you here, what you hope to achieve, and how we can work together to meet your goals. Every client’s journey is unique, and we’ll move at your pace.

Session Length and Fees

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Fees vary based on service type. Please contact our office for current rates. A limited number of sliding-scale spots may be available.

Telehealth Services

We offer secure online sessions for clients located within Texas. Telehealth allows you to access support conveniently and confidentially from your home or office.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In-Network Providers

In network with selected Insurances and Medicaid. Please call if you have questions regarding insurance.

Notice to Consumers - TX - Mental Health

In accordance with Texas law (House Bill 4224 and Section 181.105 of the Texas Health and Safety Code), the following information is provided to help consumers understand their rights and available resources. 

Requesting Your Health Care Records

You have the right to request a copy of your mental health records. To request your records, please submit a written request to your treating clinician or to the practice directly. Requests may be made via email, secure client portal, or in writing. Records will be provided in accordance with Texas law and applicable privacy regulations. Practice reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for records. If you have questions about accessing your records, please contact the therapist for assistance. 

Contacting the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC)

The TBHEC regulates licensed mental health professionals in Texas. If you have questions about licensure or professional standards, you may contact BHEC directly.

Filing a Consumer Complaint

If you wish to file a complaint regarding mental health services, you may do so with the Texas Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection:
