Sometimes life feels heavy. You may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or simply feeling “stuck.” Individual therapy provides a confidential, compassionate space to explore what’s holding you back and to rediscover a sense of peace and direction.

Children and teens often express their struggles through behavior or emotions they can’t yet name. Our work focuses on helping them develop healthy coping skills, emotional awareness, and resilience, while supporting parents in understanding and guiding their child’s needs.

Approaches may include play therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and family collaboration.
